Tradewinds has a wellness room, with fitness equipment that members can access at any point throughout the day. YMCA passes and bicycles are also available for members to use. Tradewinds prepares, cooks, and serves a daily sit-down lunch. We work to educate on healthy eating and lifestyle choices.
Social and Recreation
Tradewinds is open on Saturdays, evenings, holidays, and occasional Sundays. Evening and weekend hours vary. The program holds scheduled activities both inside and outside of the Clubhouse. Past activities outside of the Clubhouse have included, going to the Big E, bowling, hiking, and shopping. In-house activities have included brunch and a movie, arts and crafts, and holiday dinners. Social planning is done at House Meeting, everyone has the ability to contribute social ideas.
